10 Ways to Relieve Stress

1. Snuggle a fuzzy something.
2. Eat bacon.
3. Watch TV.
4. Cuddle up and read a book.
5. Punch stuff. (Preferably not someone's head.)
6. Use one of those fancy balloon filled with sand stress reliever thingamabobs.
7. Blow up something. (But try not to get the fire department and/or police to come.)
8. DANCE!!! (This may not apply to some people. Don't do it if it causes more stress.)
9. Run around and do cartwheels and stuff.
10. BANG ON DRUMS AND STUFF! BU DUM CHING! YEAH! (Yelling in capital letters also helps.)
